3. Shipping Options and Timeframes
Shipping time is calculated from the time the package is delivered to the carrier and does not include order processing time. The following is an estimated delivery time (in business days). Actual delivery time may be extended due to customs inspections at the destination, holidays, peak seasons, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Within the EU: 3-7 days 2-5 days. Customs clearance within the single market is generally faster.
United Kingdom (UK): 7-12 days 3-7 days. Requires UK customs clearance.
US/Canada: 7-14 days 3-6 days. Requires destination customs clearance.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on your delivery address, total order weight, and dimensions. You can view the exact shipping cost after entering your delivery address during checkout.

5. Duties, Taxes, and Customs Clearance
For international orders (such as orders from the EU to the UK or from the EU/UK to the US), import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Who pays? As the recipient, you are responsible for paying all such charges to collect your package.
How much? The amount of duties and taxes depends on the import regulations of your destination country and the value of the merchandise. We have no control over and cannot predict the specific amount of these charges.
How do I pay? Typically, the carrier or customs authorities will contact you upon arrival to request payment of these charges, or they will offer a "Delivered Duty Unpaid" (DDU) service. Some shipping methods may offer a "Delivered Duty Paid" (DDP) service—please select this option during checkout, if available.
Important: We cannot prepay or cover these charges for any international orders. Please inform yourself of your country's import regulations before placing an order. Failure to pay duties and taxes may result in your package being detained, returned, or destroyed, for which we are not responsible and generally cannot provide a refund.
Shipping between the EU and the UK: After Brexit, shipping between the EU and the UK will be subject to customs formalities and may incur import Value Added Tax (VAT) and customs duties.
Shipping within the EU: Currently, shipping between EU member states is generally tax-free, but cross-border tax reporting requirements remain.
6. Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping notification with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your package in real time on the carrier's official website.
7. Delivery Issues and Lost Packages
Address Accuracy: Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses or undeliverable conditions will be resent at your expense or refunded (minus any subsequent shipping and handling charges). Lost or Damaged Package: If your package is lost or severely damaged in transit, please contact us immediately by email. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and, based on our investigation, resend your package or issue a refund.
