Return Policy
Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Refunds will be processed via your original payment method and should take 3-5 business days.
Returns
Our policy is in effect for a 15-day return. If more than 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.

Sale items (if applicable). Only regular-priced items are refundable; unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.
You will need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete a return. Please do not return your item to the manufacturer. In some cases, we may only offer a partial refund (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition, damaged through no fault of ours, or missing parts will be considered damaged.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received it. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be credited.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you received a damaged or defective item, you can contact us within 72 hours of receiving the item to let us know of the issue. You can contact us at hoacunie@gmail.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return. Upon receiving the return, we will mail the gift certificate to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will then review your return.
